Class Descriptions
Core - the necessary class for beginners and advanced individuals. ‘Core’ is a specifically designed class by our very own instructor ‘Ash’ that aims to improve every aspect of your physical and mental wellbeing. The word ‘Core’ was chosen as this class incorporates stretching, strengthening, balance and coordination, as well as breath control and mindfulness through elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.
An energizing step class with motivating music aimed at blending work and play together. Feel this Ultimate Butt and Thigh cardio workout from beginning to end.
A great way to reshape your body-Fast! This powerful weights class caters for every level. Working the entire body in just one hour! Find out just how strong your body will become.
Is an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
One whole hour dedicated to Bums Tums and Thighs. Reshape tone and feel fabulous in your new body!
Don't be fooled by the fun you'll have you will work harder than you think. Get the heart rate racing, enjoy a laugh and not only do your muscles work but your bones will thank you too. Enjoy this 45 minute over 50's class made to suit you.

Our Sweet Sweat (SS) workouts are designed to provide the ultimate training experience. We combine components from sports such as powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and athletics to deliver strength and conditioning sessions that will truly test your limits.

The first half of each SS session is devoted to 'Strength and Skills'. This involves working on all of the movements required to develop your technical abilities as a functional fitness athlete.

The emphasis in the second half of the class is on metabolic conditioning. This is where we take one or more exercises we've practiced throughout the session or previous sessions to design a high intensity cardio workout performed at maximum capacity.

Our workouts can be performed by everyone from beginner level through to elite. Novice participants simply scale down the technical difficulty of movements, load and intensity level. As your technical proficiency with the movements improve over time, so too will the intensity and difficulty of your workouts, which ultimately leads to a greater level of fitness.
